1. Introduction
Welcome to Diesen Luxury Designs LLC, also known as Miniwaxmelts.com and Dressy Creations Co., a Texas-based wax melt and candle manufacturer. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website.
2. Order Processing and Shipping
- Retail Orders: Our standard turnaround time (TAT) for retail orders is 2-4 business days.
- Wholesale Orders: Our standard TAT for wholesale orders is 5-10 business days. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) for wholesale orders are specified on the item page. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the MOQ is not met or if the client is not deemed eligible for wholesale pricing. This TAT may be adjusted at our discretion during peak busy periods or holiday seasons.
- Shipping Costs: Free shipping is not applicable to destashes, clearance products, or any items that are on sale.
- Product Variability: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, colors, scents, textures, and other characteristics may vary slightly from batch to batch and with seasonal availability.
3. Returns and Refunds
- No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of our items, such as personal care items and customized products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless deemed necessary by us (e.g., damage during transit).
- Refund Exclusions: Any returns or refunds approved by us will not include shipping costs.
4. Product Use and Safety
- Candle Safety: Please follow the warning label instructions when using our candles. Do not leave any burning candle unattended. Avoid lighting candles around children, pets, drafts, or windows.
- Product Warning: Our candles and wax melts may resemble food items, but they are not edible. Please do not attempt to eat any of our products.
- Allergy Disclaimer: We are not liable for any allergic reactions caused by using our candles, wax melts, or body products. Please read the ingredients list thoroughly and perform a spot test on a small area if you are prone to allergies from body products.
5. Intellectual Property
- Photo Usage: You may use our listed photos, but you must include a watermark.
6. Discount Codes
- Retail Discounts: All retail discount codes are not applicable for wholesale sales.
7. Modifications to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
